1. Entertainment purpose

This site provides Chinese zodiac, Five Element, and BaZi (Four Pillars) information and AI-generated interpretive reports for entertainment and cultural education only. Nothing on this site is medical, psychological, legal, financial, or professional advice. Do not make significant life decisions based on these readings.

2. No guarantee of accuracy

Chart calculation is deterministic and follows a simplified traditional method, but interpretations are generated by AI from templates and may not reflect any school of professional practice. We make no warranty of any kind regarding accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any purpose.

3. Digital purchases

AI report purchases are one-time digital goods. Because the content is delivered immediately upon generation, purchases are generally non-refundable. If a technical failure prevents delivery, contact us and we will either regenerate the report or refund the purchase at our discretion.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to bypass access controls, resell reports, or use the service in violation of applicable law. Specifically, you must not:

• abuse, disrupt, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service;
• bypass paywalls, rate limits, or any access controls;
• resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit reports or generated content;
• use the service for unlawful purposes, fraud, or to harm other people.

5. Enforcement and termination

If we reasonably believe you have violated section 4 or any part of these terms, we may take one or more of the following actions, at our discretion and where appropriate without prior notice:

• issue a warning to your account;
• suspend or permanently terminate your account;
• cancel pending or unpaid orders;
• revoke access to reports and charts already generated for your account;
• refuse any future use of the service;
• report the matter to the competent authorities where required by law.

If your account is terminated for a violation, amounts already paid may be forfeited to the extent permitted by law; refunds are otherwise handled under section 3.

6. Changes

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
